Rhinoplasty

The nose is a continuation of the bony mid-face region and of the upper jaw.

Consequently, it harmonizes with the face.

Is it possible to reshape the nose to meet your wishes while maintaining the harmony of the facial bone structure?

This issue can be discussed during the consultation.

In addition, the rhinoplasty must remain harmonious and natural in appearance throughout your lifetime, despite any changes due to ageing, e.g. a small “impish” nose can look attractive at 25 years old but vulgar at 45.

The consultation is all-important. A minimum of two interviews will be necessary before you are asked for your written consent.

During the 1st interview:

  • The patient formulates his/her request
  • The surgeon provides information concerning the morphology of your face and how it will age.
  • Clinical and functional examination
  • Information concerning the technique, the procedure and the surgical follow-up.
  • Photography
  • The patient’s questions or grievances.

Patients are given time to reflect before the 2nd appointment.

2nd consultation :

  • The nose surgery treatment plan is presented and validated
  • Answers to your questions
  • Further information

Patients will be given a minimum of two weeks before giving their final consent for a rhinoplasty procedure. And likewise for any other planned esthetic surgery procedure.
